Going on for a week straight now, I have been receiving "failed refresh" emails for every KPI that was a part of an unused and now-deleted scorecard. August 3 I started receiving the emails randomly even though the scorecard was still active but not refreshing for over a year. I deleted the scorecard, as it was no longer needed, in the hopes that it would stop the emails/KPIs refreshing. I have received refresh failed emails every day since then. Is there anything I can do to stop them or to ensure that the underlying data refresh object can stop?

When closing the Datamart editor my different layouts are not saved. All my table arrangements are gone upon opening again.

Hi there, My report was running without problem before yesterday 24/11/2021, but somehow, from yesterday, my report will zoom in and get bigger font size when clicking or hoving mouse on the line chart. please see below screen shot, first one is normal and expected one, but the second one is incorrect. thanks in advance. I have imported a table from Dynamics using the Dataverse connector. I have transformed one of the tables in PowerQuery, which includes renaming the columns. When I view the table in PowerBI data model, some columns reflect the display name. Clearing the cache and reimporting the data does not help. This appears to have started in May 2023. September 2022 is fine, April 2023 is fine, May 2023 is broken, June 2023 is broken.

Hi All, None of Power BI reports are loading, it just shows blank page for all users. Power BI Service status page shows all green though. Anyone else facing this issue today? Its a hue impact to our businesss users as they are not able to get their daily reports. Is there anyway to escalate this issue to Power BI support team, so it gets required attention. For last one month the service has not been stable, either issue with scheduled refresh/report loading.etc.,

Hi PowerBI Users I currently have an issue connecting to my PowerBI datasets using Excel. When going through either Data -> Insert Data -> Power Platform -> PowerBI Dataset or Insert -> Pivot table -> PowerBI Dataset the pane opens up in right side of the screen, however the screen is completely white as seen in the attached image. Previously I haven't had any issues with connecting to PowerBI datasets, but all of a sudden it goes completely white. The same error happens when my colleagues try to connect to datasets. It is possible to connect going through the PowerBI portal and pressing "Analyze in Excel", however this is not really something I can make my colleagues use.

I have some datasets that contain R scripts. They ran successfully for months. Starting from today they can't be updated (Unable to detect a gateway. Please, verify the gateway is up and running). I user personal gateway. Other datasets are still updated successfully. Data is successfully updated in Power BI Desktop. What I tried to do. 1) restarted computer. 2) created new workspace and registered reports in new workspace. This is becoming a very big pain point for me.... It is crucial that my colors stay consistent throughout my report, However, the colors will change in the service!! Below image shows what I have set in Desktop. Below shows what is in the Service. Even when I try to re-publish my desktop report. The colors won't match. I have to completely delete the report from my service, then publish. And even then it only lasts a day before the colors are changed. You will notice, it is all the same colors in both charts.... However, they are just taking different priorities.... In Desktop, I have the magenta line as top priority, but in the Service, it doesn't follow that. Please, please, please fix this. There are so many threads about this, that have supposedly been resolved, but the issue is not resolved.

Good day There seems to be an issue with using JSON themes for the New Card visual for Version: 2.118.828.0 64-bit (June, 2023) As an example, using "cardVisual": { "*": { "layout": [ { "alignment": "top" } ] } } gives an error. Using "left", "center", "right" will all import without an error message, but just make the visual top & left aligned for all three options. I would have expected that this specific setting be the vertical alignment under the layout option with the options "top", "middle", "bottom" and have no impact on horizontal alignment. Please see attached image with larger set of items with naming conventions taken from using the .pbip file. The ones with a red line beside it seemingly have problems similar to the example above If I am mistaken, please let me know

I'm having the issue of getting just white screen while editing the power query steps and it's happning with both Excel and Power BI in a random manner. I couldn't really understand why it's happening but it is causing a lot of rework and it's clearly a bug in Power Query interface. If I'm lucky, sometimes I press "Esc" and close the white screen. Yet, this doesn't work all the time. Also, even if it goes for that step, it continues when I click to the settings of other steps as well until I close the power query window. You can see the screenshot below. (I've hidden the content part with black, please ignore the black areas) I've searched but couldn't find a similar issue, so I'm posting here. Power BI Desktop Version : Version: 2.123.742.0 64-bit (November 2023)

We are having multiple users no longer able to refresh existing BI Pivot Tables and cannot create new ones. These users are newly released version 2311, users on 2310 are not experiencing this. This is critical functionality, please advise.

After installing the latest April version, I have noticed this error. "Inconsistent report definition". I have 1 dataset with 3 reports, and only 1 of them gives this error after uploading to the power bi service. The only solution is to delete the dataset and publish again. It is impractical because users have personal bookmarks.
