None - Users can remove configurations that cause the issue. (Disable line markers/ or stacked totals/ or anomaly markers)

This is already fixed, will be part of the March release of Desktop. Fix may reach the web sooner, possibly in 1 week. Please check back on 3/17 and let us know if things are working as expected in the web.
As this is in Preview, capabilities are being released incrementally. Some formatting features were not enhanced to support per-Category conditional formatting when we initially released Small Multiples. Note: we are changing the labels to align better across the product. Small Multiples is reserved for a third dimensional grouping. First is category, then series, then small multiples. Since this is a primary grouping, we will rename it "Categories" for consistency.

According to my research, a similar issue has been reported internally, so stay tuned. ICM: 279388210
In the latest update of this ICM, the engineers have found the issue is related to the WebView2 browser crashing and are working to find the root cause of this issue.
I will update here once I get any information.
But if you want to get a solution for this kind of desktop problem based on your specific situation as soon as possible, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get the direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft.
