Semantic Model Edit Tables Glitch

Hi, we've noticed over the past few days that we are not able to add new tables to our semantic model which is coming from a Fabric Warehouse.

When in the data model and selecting "Edit Tables" it will flash up for a second and disappear, so we cannot add new tables to our model.

Hi all,

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, thanks for your patience.

Hi @geebee185 ,

Could you please check if my reproduction results are similar to yours?

What version of Power BI do you use?

Best regards.

Hi @v-xiaoyan-msft

I'm not sure how to check what version of Power Bi we have when its the online service, is it this which I found in Help > About Power Bi > Service Version 13.0.23984.42

Still having the same issue, I've tried Edge and Chrome browsers but they are both doing the same thing for myself and my colleague.

We get a similar issue - but this time it doesn't get past the 'fetching schema' message after you click on edit table.

No way of currently adding tables to the semantic model.

Hi @NEJO

Which version of PBI do you have? I found it in Help > About Power Bi
Not sure what we can do if its an out of date version as our company only allows quaterly updates, but surely a previous version isn't that old and should still be supported.

We just currently can't use it now which is lucky that we haven't gone live with this model yet

In the service:  Service version:13.0.23984.44

Hi, we have the same issue. Service version: 13.0.23984.44

Do we know if this is a bug Microsoft is currently working on?

Our dev team is experiencing the same issue, basically cannot do any further developement as long as this glitch persists.

I just encountered the same issue in Power BI Service (version 13.0.23878.59) and it applies to multiple semantic models in different workspaces.

I can click on Edit Tables but the next window only cycles on "Fetching Schema"

I hope the issue is fixed soon.
