This bug report is simillar to https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/Saving-of-existing-report-no-longer-works-with-Vers... , but I'm experiencing this issue for Thin Report (Live connection) stored on my device.
My Desktop client updated to Version: 2.140.1205.0 64-bit (February 2025) and as of this update I am now no longer able to save existing files locally.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open downloaded file. Make any change.
- Hit Save and notice that the last saved time on the top left doesn't update.
- when clicking publish the save dialog prompts to save but doesn't save and therefore publish dialog never shows.
- when clicking exit the save dialog comes up but clicking save doesn't save therefore it doesn't exit.
Other files saves just fine. The same file save just fine on colegue PC.
Workaround related to disabling any save-related preview features does not work for me.
Please prioritise fixing this.
