Helo With the March Update we are facing the following error on our visuals (on JSON file) Style Preset not found - click on details the selected style preset did not have a definition the report's custom theme definition. How can we solve this?

Hi, it seems like the conditional formatting based on Field Value on New Cards View is not working anymore. Below you can find a screenshot of a measure in both a Line Chart and a New Cards View. The conditional formatting work in the Line Chart View, but not in the New Cards View. Settings are the same in both visuals

Power BI is experiencing a problem with WebView2 running Out of memory. We have identified some of the top causes of this and have the details below. If that does not address your Out of memory problem, contact us at pbidesktopwebview2issues@service.microsoft.com Out of Memory cause: Custom visuals causing memory leak - If you are using any custom visuals and are running into Out of Memory crahses, please try removing the custom visuals to check if it resolves the issue. If it does, please reach out with the visual which was cauing the memory leak so we can address it. If you are not using any custom visuals and are still running into this, it could be due to having a lot of report pages and visuals per page. This causes the browser heap memory to exceed the 4GB limit and crash. This is sadly a limitation of chromium. Possible workaround Limit the number of visuals in the report. The recommendation is to split the report into smaller reports and using cross-drillthrough - Use cross-report drillthrough in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.The cross-drillthrough feature carries through filters when using cross drill through.

In Power BI Desktop I am running into an issue where I cannot format visualizations that are part of a group. When selecting the visualization in the group and navigating to the Format visual tab, no options are available and it says "Formatting options are unavailable for this visual". The only workaround is to ungroup the visualization, make formating changes, then re-group it with the other visualizations. This has been happening for the past week or two. Sometimes it will let me format visualizations in a group, but most of the time it shows the message below.

Hi. I tried to load the Marketplace page to view POWER BI DESKTOP visualizations from 2 computers and 2 different users, but the page did not load. A loading wheel appears for less than a second and then nothing happens. I checked with other colleagues in my geographical area, and the result was the same. I would like to request your urgent attention to this issue. Unfortunately, I can't attach a screenshot of the loading screen, because it is disappearing very quickly. Thank you, Rita

Morning all, Can anyone help me please. I'm using the PowerBi free version pulling data from a List on M365. Previously I was able to format the visuals and this seems to have been removed. I've tried creating a new visual but it seems to be completely removed. Any advice would be greatly received. Thanks Dee

Hi, I encounter a bug in PBI Desktop in custom settings for the new 'Button Slicer' visual. In Format visual - Buttons - Border it is impossible to change the color for any other than default gray. This issue affects the 'Hover' and 'Press' setting.

Hello everyone, According to the September update, Bing Maps is being phased out and needs to be converted to Azure Maps. I actually like the additional functions provided by Azure Maps, but the bubble pies on Azure Maps are so blurry. The Bing Map bubble chart is our primary report for our agency, so it's hard to accept the visual downgrade. I've tried to explore all the settings, but couldn't find anything useful. This is on BI Desktop. Am I missing something? The picture shows Azure Maps on the left and Bing Maps on the right. Thanks!

Hello, I'm using Timeline 2.4.0 visualization to create a month slicer for my report. Here is how it looks in Power BI Desktop. Just yesterday, this displayed exactly as expected. Today I show up and all of a sudden its showing year and quarter labels. Here is how it looks in the web browser to the viewer: Here are the settings I have chosen. I'm specifically setting the visual to NOT show those data labels (year, quarter) - yet here they are. Anybody have any ideas?

When I used the Gantt 3.0.12.0, I could sort the tasks in ascending order with the option Sort Axis. But when updating to the Gantt 3.4.2.0, all the tasks will be automatically sorted by the start time, meaning that the task that starts first will show up first. It's not applicable for me because I need the task to comply with the alphabet sorting (available in the 3.0.12.0 version) This is the Gantt 3.0.12.0: When I chose to sort by Task, all the task will show from A->Z, Example: C => D => E from the left Gantt 3.0.12.0 This is the Gantt 3.4.2.0: When I chose to sort by Task, all the tasks showed up by the start time. Example for the Parent: 202, the task Name "E" comes first, then C => D. Gant 3.4.2.0

Hi all, i have a project that used to be work a couple of weeks ago but now ive gona back to it and its bugging. before i could hover over areas in my icon map and it would have a white bubble telling me the name of the area and the value it help whereas now it just shows a small white box with no infomation in it 😞 please help if possible as need to present it soon and this is a major bug as i cant see my data which is the whole point! i wasnt sure if i changed something or if its gone out of data but i updated powerbi desktop and tried remaking the map but neither has helped

Hello Team, I have a simple line chart that shows sales for the last three years and then I added the trend line from the analytics tab and I also have added a forecast trend line. It was working for the last two weeks then suddenly, it stopped working, get this error below:- If I download the report to my computer, and use power bi desktop app, the line chart works just fine, the forecast works and I don't get any error, it only stopped working on the cloud service in Power BI this morning. I am thinking this is a bug, I also have used a different dataset completely and tried replicating the issue and the line chart right away throws an error when I try to add the forecast line. The trend line is fine, its the forecast that drives the entire visual to throw an error and fail to display result. Note: I do have a Power BI Pro license Any suggestions please! Thank you Mohanad

We got a problem that HTML and Custom(or 3rd party) visuals, even certified visuals 'wordcloud by MS', appeared blank when we using PBI Desktop to export report to PDF. It seems not the problem of visuals, because all visuals look good when published to PBI Service. We hope that MS authorization could give a solution as quickly, for the sake of we have to export hundreds of reports every day. Thanks for the hard work by all staff!

The new card visual with reference labels appears fine in Desktop, but disappears in Service. I've isolated my issue to the Details toggle. When OFF, ref labels do not show in service. When ON, ref labels appear in service. I don't need to show any details so need this toggle set to off.
