Turned off Callout Values in Card (New) Visual still being displayed in Power BI Service

In the Card (New) Visual, when I turn off the Callout Values in Power BI Desktop, so they shouldn't be displayed on the report page, they turn off in Power BI Desktop but still display in Power BI Service.

Status: Accepted

The fix is rolling out, the issue did not impact all regions. We hope to have this completed by the end of tomorrow (April 9th).

I have noticed the same thing yesterday. Last week they were all turned off. Now they appear on with no code change.
