The image could not be loaded

Hi All

I have an issue with displaying images. I'm using Visual Simple Image and Image by CloudScope with data fetched from Dropbox. Visual always reports an error that the image could not be loaded. My friend can use it normally. I don't understand where the problem is. Can someone help me? Thank you.

You should remove the "dl=0" from the image URL, the result should be:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pn8qsm5fz4xyy6m/20230616-1.png?raw=1
