Apply and close is not visible in Customize current them

I've noticed several posts in the community reporting an issue in the custom theme section where the "Apply and Close" button is missing from the page.

Hi @Idrissshatila ,

We have reported this issue and submitted it to the product team.
They have been aware of the issue and the engineers will do their best to resolve it.

This issue is expected to be fixed in the next release.
