Based on your testing, as you said this should be a problem with the report , not the Desktop. Since I can't restore your scenario from my side, maybe you can provide your pbix file for reference.

Do you have a Power BI Premium license ? You may update client cache refresh policy settings as per the following - New cache refresh settings available in Power BI Premium | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power... to overcome this issue.

Hi  @AdinCausevic ,

 

Based on the error message,

Do you set the values of Minimum Query Results Size for HTAPI and Ratio of Results to Rows Per Block when you enable the High-Troughput API? If not, please set them equal to the default values and try again.

If it doesn’t work, please read Quotas & limits of BigQuery, especially the Maximum number of table operations per day is 1,000.

Hi @aepstein 

Power BI Service is based on cloud , users need to log in to their accounts to access the Service, so different accounts log in to the Service, the content inside is different, equivalent to your private platform. If you want to update the old report, you need to use the account of the person who published the report to publish the report, not use your own account to publish the report.

Power BI Desktop uses your computer’s local time, whereas Power BI Service uses UTC time. You can refer to the workaround for time processing in the link I provided .

Hi @empyr ,

 

The following aren't supported for Export to PDF. Either the PDF export option will be grayed out or won't be listed at all on the Export dropdown. In some cases, such as for R visuals, the report will export but the visual will render as a gray box with an error message.

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.

Hi @CCLiew ,

 

This fix has been rolled out to service and will be in the future version of desktop. 
As a workaround:
You may update the DAX expression so it returns the field you would like to display when the condition is false. This will address your issue. 

For example:

Display custom label = IF(
    MOD(financials[Month Number], 2) = 0

    , " "

, financials[Gross Sales]

)
