Power BI Personalize visuals (individually)

Hi,

I tried to personalize my report (Power BI, June 2023) following the description https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-personalize-visuals?tabs=powerbi-... I could follow along for entire report and page but I can't set it to single visuals. Is it limited to certain visuals? When I try to get to the personalize area (Format > General > Header icons > Icons) I only get this, no matter which visual I select: 

Was the location changed or what am I doing wrong?

Are you having trouble setting up individual personalize visuals?
Please check the image below to see if you can access it from here with success?
