Dataflow not refreshing: error message unclear

Hello,

 

I am trying to refresh a dataflow on PBI service which has 5 tables. I'm getting the message below and not sure how to fix it:

 

Error: Request ID: d91089cb-8e79-48c5-ac09-0b2f3de7e346 Activity ID: 91a767e6-f606-458c-8d72-f04b3f51c27c

 

is anyone able to help?
