Expanding Matrix Row Causes Content Shift

When expanding a row in a larger matrix the content will sometimes randomly jump and you have to scroll to find it. I tested turning on bold-text for all rows thinking this might be the cause (going from regular to bold and back) but there was not change in behavior.  It is very difficult for users if content is randomly jumping around and they have to scroll down hunting for it.

I don't quite understand your statement that the content will sometimes randomly jump, can you describe your problem by creating a simple sample ? Also, what version of Desktop are you currently using ?

I created a short video demonstrating the issue but I can't upload it. Essentially the entire matrix scrolls up, sometimes a lot, when expanding a row and the user has to scroll back down to find it, this happens in the web and desktop verisons. I'm on the June 23 version right now.
