Dataset refresh error on Service

Hello, since yesterday dataset doesn't refresh on Service with the next error:

 

The following error occurred while opening the file '\\?\D:\PF\pbipwesteuropepf4\data\AS\49\588\b1c7538d-04ef-442f-953a-4570cfe493ff\b1c7538d-04ef-442f-953a-4570cfe493ff.0.db\Tickets (70).tbl\868.prt\6914.Tickets (70).close time (441).0.idfx'.

1. Can you refresh the report in Desktop ?

2. What is your data source , file ? 

3. Can your gateway work normally ?

4. Have you made changes to your data source ?
