Input Slicer Bug: Cursor jumps to position 0 and values cannot be cleared in Service

I am reporting a issue in the Input Slicer visual performance specifically within the Power BI Service (Web). This issue does not occur in Power BI Desktop. 

Cursor Jump: When typing a value into the input box, the cursor automatically jumps to position 0 (the front of the text) after a single character is entered. This prevents me from entering multiple value (FYI: accept multiple value is toggled on).

Unable to Delete: Values entered into the slicer cannot be cleared or deleted using the "X" keys.
