I am using the free, out-of-the-box ESRI ArcGIS map visual.  I built this visual last year and had no trouble., so this isnt an RTFM situation.   I opened the PBIX and the visual looks like it reset to defaults.  Ok, stuff happens so I reconfigured it.  Well, after saving and going back to the page with the visual, the defaults appear again.    So, now, I have to publish the report (other changes were made) with an ESRI map that looks different because I cant preserve my changes.   I'm going to guess I am the only person on the planet seeing this issue, but I'd figure I would reach out take a shot.   TIA Power BI Frustration Level: HIGH       ... I'm using a Gantt chart to track ownership of assets. All of the below have the same commencement date, and a few months different in end date. I have this chart on my dashboard that shows me a measure per hour. The bars are its medium value for each hour in a period and the error bar are the maximum value for each hour in the period. The problem is, this is the chart on my desktop Power BI: And this is the same chart, with the same data and same filters applied, in the published dashboard: You can see that it ignores the maximum value error bar at the online version. This new update seems to not have the option to change the colors when I have data in color saturation. I am trying to use color saturation to do a heatmap and it defaults to blue. Before the update, I could choose the color scales where 0 is red and 100% is green. Please help. ... View more

I use fields parametr to allow switching Date, Week, Month and Year as a X axis. Every time I use slicer, the X-axis is sorted by my measure, not dates. This isn't an instance of the incorrect City being shown in another country, this is an issue where the Map (Bing) shows location dots on the map perfectly fine in PowerBI Desktop but as soon as you upload it to PowerBI Online, it shows an area SE by a large distance to the Lat Long location. It does this where it's zoomed out to occupy a cluster of location dots and even when you click on a specific site in a table, the map zooms to a SE area. It's important to note that the location dots are showing in the correct locations on the map, just the auto zoom to showing an area to the SE of the correct locations. I noticed the problem a few Power BI Desktop versions ago. In some (not all) .pbix files a click on Undo button in Power BI Desktop removes all cutom visuals.   Before clicking the Undo button: After a click on the Undo button:   To reproduce the problem try this file https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/bbxcp95jjrgo1we/Sales%20and%20Marketing%20Sample%20PBIX.pbix. Open it in Power BI Desktop, do something (e.g. change some formatting), click Undo button.   When I click Undo it undoes the last action AND removes all custom visuals. They remain on the page as blank placeholders and dissappears from the Visualization pane. They are not being fully removed from the file (their folder and json files remain in the \Report\CustomVisuals folder inside of the .pbix file). Saving, closing and re-opening the .pbix file restores the visuals.   ... View more

Dear Community, I cannot seem to use python visuals (anymore), however it works for most of my colleagues in our organisation. We are using PowerBI certified PowerKPI 2.0 in email subscription via pinning the live report to dashboard , it was working fine for couple of weeks before going all blank .
