Power BI is experiencing a problem with WebView2 running Out of memory. We have identified some of the top causes of this and have the details below. If that does not address your Out of memory problem, contact us at  pbidesktopwebview2issues@service.microsoft.com   Out of Memory cause:  Custom visuals causing memory leak - If you are using any custom visuals and are running into Out of Memory crahses, please try removing the custom visuals to check if it resolves the issue. If it does, please reach out with the visual which was cauing the memory leak so we can address it.  If you are not using any custom visuals and are still running into this, it could be due to having a lot of report pages and visuals per page. This causes the browser heap memory to exceed the 4GB limit and crash. This is sadly a limitation of chromium.  Possible workaround  Limit the number of visuals in the report. In Power BI Desktop I am running into an issue where I cannot format visualizations that are part of a group. When selecting the visualization in the group and navigating to the Format visual tab, no options are available and it says "Formatting options are unavailable for this visual". The only workaround is to ungroup the visualization, make formating changes, then re-group it with the other visualizations. This has been happening for the past week or two. I am using the free, out-of-the-box ESRI ArcGIS map visual.  I built this visual last year and had no trouble., so this isnt an RTFM situation.   I opened the PBIX and the visual looks like it reset to defaults.  Ok, stuff happens so I reconfigured it.  Well, after saving and going back to the page with the visual, the defaults appear again.    So, now, I have to publish the report (other changes were made) with an ESRI map that looks different because I cant preserve my changes.   I'm going to guess I am the only person on the planet seeing this issue, but I'd figure I would reach out take a shot.   TIA Power BI Frustration Level: HIGH       ... Hi. I tried to load the Marketplace page to view POWER BI DESKTOP visualizations from 2 computers and 2 different users, but the page did not load. A loading wheel appears for less than a second and then nothing happens. I checked with other colleagues in my geographical area, and the result was the same. Hello Team,   I have a simple line chart that shows sales for the last three years and then I added the trend line from the analytics tab and I also have added a forecast trend line. It was working for the last two weeks then suddenly, it stopped working,  get this error below:- If I download the report to my computer, and use power bi desktop app, the line chart works just fine, the forecast works and I don't get any error, it only stopped working on the cloud service in Power BI this morning.   I am thinking this is a bug, I also have used a different dataset completely and tried replicating the issue and the line chart right away throws an error when I try to add the forecast line. This isn't an instance of the incorrect City being shown in another country, this is an issue where the Map (Bing) shows location dots on the map perfectly fine in PowerBI Desktop but as soon as you upload it to PowerBI Online, it shows an area SE by a large distance to the Lat Long location. It does this where it's zoomed out to occupy a cluster of location dots and even when you click on a specific site in a table, the map zooms to a SE area. It's important to note that the location dots are showing in the correct locations on the map, just the auto zoom to showing an area to the SE of the correct locations. Dear Community, I cannot seem to use python visuals (anymore), however it works for most of my colleagues in our organisation. Hi everyone,   Since the latest PBI service update the Chiclet visual is not working within published reports. The issue has been raised in the Community forum but yet to be resolved:   https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Slicer-works-on-Desktop-but-not-well-Online/m-p/242274/highlight/true#M31019   From initial testig this is what we have found:  - various versions of the visual work within PBI Desktop (also variety of versions) but whenever published doesn't work as it should  - when published online the visual doesn't refresh the other affected visuals (instead it either does nothing, displays the wrong information, or requires a different visual to be clicked before it is refreshed)  - only under one circumstance were we able to get it published correctly (that was to an account we created years ago in O365 - all other accounts, including new accounts created in O365 today, fail to load the visual properly)  - the visual works fine within the Windows 10 PBI App  - the issue (that we have kown about) has been ongoing for the past few days - corresponding with the latets PBI Service update   Any help would be much appreciated as we have over 50+ reports using this visual and it's quite an embarassing to have to explain to users/customers we're not sure why or when the issue can be fixed.   Thanks   Jarrod ... The new update of the OKViz Bullet Chart (2.2.9.4) released on the 19th of July broke data labels & some things about states. It seems that if data labels are turned on, only the top category is displayed, and no data labels are shown either: Without data labels: With data labels: All formatting options in the data labels formatting category are also greyed out. This is a crucial issue that broke a number of dashboards and required a massive amount of manual intervention and fixes. Its also a shame the data labels can no longer be used as they were a key feature. There is also a new bug with the States feature. You can usually apply 5 states to the visual (above I've colored them red/amber/green). Before the update, you could have 5 separate colors based on 5 measures that you would add to the "States" visual settings. The 5th and final state, would respond to the measure you added. Now, the 5th and final state no longer pulls in the measure data, and just fills the full background. In the example above I've colored the 5th state white, and the 4th state uses a measure corresponding to my target + is green to achieve sort of what I used to have (banded states ending at the target). Today I come across with this problem with my existing data, I have been working for a year with these sheets and everything was OK: “The URL may be wrong or you might not have provided the right credentials to the server.” As usual I Publish to the web my online Google sheet) and then I get new Web data to PBI Desktop and nothing =(..I have an empty window.
