Hello,   I create a PBI model on desktop which gets refreshed daily and is then published to a certain group workspace. As I am the only one who has permission to change the report. Other users in this group who wants to make any change will need to "Make a copy" of the original one, which till now is all fine.   The issue I am having as shown in the subject is that only the first page of the report copy can survive. All the other pages just go missing. As it is copy version, other users can edit repot. But in edit report interface the add a page button does not exist as well.   Thanks in advance. ... View more

I report a bug of the Dashboard Title of Streaming datasets "Time Windows to display" in Japanese language mode.   Repro step: 1. Change "Settings" - "Language" to "English". 2. Add a Streaming datasets to Power BI Service. 3. Add a Tile from the Streaming datasets. 4. Open the Tile detail. 5. Change "Time window to display" to 5 minutes. 6. Work well. 7. Change "Settings" - "Language" to "日本語" 8. Open the Tile "タイルの詳細". 9. Change "表示する時間" to 5 "分". 10. I am unable to get a consistent landing page when navigating between reports in Power BI web service   Specific conditions:   one dashboard, nothing linking to reports (using as placeholders) several reports, several sheets each   due to report building process, the sheets do not start with "report section {0}"  (we move sheets around, finding right flow, etc) IE first sheet, which is landing sheet by design (saved with this sheet active), is "report section 13" but when i click from report to report, i jump to "report section {0}", not my saved report page.   but if i click up to the dashboard, then select a report, i go the the intended start point, which could have any "report section XX" number, not the {0} one...   so, the unexpected behavior occurs when i try to switch between reports without any clicks.  try it out, see if you observe it.  or contact me.  i see it pretty consistently.     one other note:  this is in a "group".  not "my workspace" and i do have admin on it...   thanks       ... I have attempted to update to the latest October 2016 Desktop Version, however it appears I am stuck on the January 2016 release below.  I uninstalled/reinstalled both the 32 and 64-bit versions (separate attempts), and re-started machine, but nothing has worked.  I attempted to confirm my October 2016 did not take by testing the Date Slicer functionality with a sample line-chart and it did not work.    Looking for ideas on how to get the update to work.   ... I am using the custom visualisation horizontal funnel control by Microsoft. The horizontal data label units work for thousands and millions etc but not for 'none'. Hello,   I am creating analysis service tabular project type. and fetching the reords from sql server.      - I am cerating the two view in the sql. -Views created in the sql server. 1.PreviousYear view.     This view will bring the records from last year to previous 4 year records. 2.CurrentYear View.      This view will bring the records from current date to last 1 year records.   - Hence i am creating a partiation for the above two view which will render records in the model, - While i am executing both partiation individual it is returing the correct number of records. - but when i am executing both pariation to render the records in the model i am receiving the more records after merging.   -> Is this the issue of merging the partiation. Back in September there were some service issues that resulted in an 11 page forum thread here detailing everyones problems.  It appears those same problems are back.  Yesterday during a conference call everyone received the same errors of endlessly spinning loading circles and all the elements being replaced with a "See Details" dialog box.  Same errors we experienced back in September.  Screenshot attached, just an FYI.         ... In the previous version of the Power BI desktop I had conditional formatting working in a Table visual, but now I've upgraded the destop to "2.40.4554.463 64-bit (October 2016)" I can no longer get it working.   What is strange is the Conditional Formatting works as long as the Table visual was added to the page in the previous version. However, if I add a new Table visual (in the latest version) that is when it stops working even though I'm duplicating everything from the working visual. ... View more
