Hello, Has anyone seen the above message before in published reports which work OK in the Desktop Program? The published reports were working OK yesterday and nothing in the report changed since, however the data is loaded to the SQL server we are querying overnight from a production system. Nothing is reporting as wrong on the Gateway. Other reports using the same SQL query and similar custom measures/columns etc. are working OK. Tried saving/republishing/saving as a different report/republishing which didn't work. Full error message text is: DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_InvalidObjectNameException and this doesn't come up with much using Google-Fu. Current thinking is a dodgy record somewhere in the query overnight is playing havoc on the Gateway. Any ideas other than leaving it to rest and sort itself out over the weekend greatly appreciated? Already reported in the form, and I read multiple messages about people facing the same problem. https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/publish-to-web-won-t-refresh/td-p/135110 For a report I used the Publish to web option, embedded the report in a webpage, and at first all worked fine, the report was updated after a scheduled refresh, so we decideded to roll it out the the main monitor. But now the report doesn't update anymore. The data refreshes fine, but the embedded report keeps showing old data. There is a slicer in the report, and when I use that slicer to select something, new data is shown, but when I select back the previous selected item, old data is shown again. This same behaviour is reported for the embed in Sharepoint option. http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Sharepoint-Report-Refresh/m-p/138602#M20548 I use Chrome as browser, but IE has the same behaviour. I hope this can be fixed soon, because now we have to update the screens manually every day..

Hello, I experience problems with the connection to one of my objects in salesforce. 9 out of 10 work perfectly but this one I can not load into my datamodel. Evening. Unable to edit the number of decimal places which appear for the percentage value when selecting the label style to involve percentage. If you have a data value as apart of the label style, it will change the decimal places of the data, but not the percentage. The percentage value doesn't change or adapt whether it is by itself, with the data or all details as the Label style option.

I just noticed that on the bubble map, for negative numbers, the bubble sizes are counterintuitive. A larger negative number (-29,000) will have a smaller bubble size than -10,000 for example. Ideally, the bubble sizes would have the option to diverge at 0 like the colors.

I finish cleaning my data and created a simple table visualization with customers with a specific product. I exported the list and compare it with a previous list I already have in Excel. Both lists matched perfectly but in Power BI the total count of rows is 2034 when the list actually has 2032 rows. How is this possible?

Hi, I published yesterday a dashboard on Power BI, and on my account there is absolutely no problem to see the data and interact with it, and refresh it, on demand or on schedule. But when my colleagues try to access the dashboard, they have error messages on each visual in the pages, except images. I implemented Row Level Security but only on PBI Desktop, it is not associated with email adresses. This is a very annoying problem, please help me !

I have a tile that is using a streaming data set. The data set is generated using the REST API. I try to add an alert for this tile (value > 0), but when I save the alert it spins. I've left it for over 5 minutes now with no progress. I have noticed since the last 2 updates a behaviour when formatting fields decimal places in Power Bi desktop. If you select a field and then go to format decimal places by using the up/down triangles, it works okay if you select one digit at a time by individual clicking. But holding the mouse button down for multiple clicks will collapse all you data sets down hiding the column you were formatting. Okay on a little file but on some of our bigger pbix it is a pain. Hi I am getting a timeout error today when publishing from power BI desktop to the online service. My source is excel workbooks feeding into Power BI. Error message I am getting is "An error occurred while attempting to publish 'XXX'.pbix: unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. Is someone able to help? Thanks

I have a dataset in PowerBI called Service Dollars that I have scheduled to refresh from our Enterprise Gateway. Occasionally, I will receive an email notification that the refresh failed (see below). When I check on the refresh failure I find that the gateway is connected and the refresh history for the dataset shows that the scheduled refresh completed without error. Below is the refresh failure notification I receive via email. I have several datasets with scheduled refreshes that all complete without error. Service Dollars is the only dataset that generates the erroneous refresh failure notification. Hello, In last time I have some problem with Network Navigator in our projects. Example When I try to open Network Navigator in Focus Mode, it open in small frame, but not in full screen. The same problem with Attribute Slicer.

Currently, when showing the last data refresh data on a dashboard tile, the data shown is the last date when a data refresh was attempted, and not the date when the data was actually refreshed. Example: the data gateway was down and data refresh failed. The dashboard indcated that the data had been refreshed, when it had not.

Hi The refresh fails when the data is in Access 32bit with the error that the 64bit Access database engine might be required. Is there a solution to this? The error is attached herewith. If I shift the Power BI Desktop, and Office to 64 bit, then I understand there might be issues with the interactivity of office with other 32 bit softwares. And if I install the 64-bit Power BI Desktop and use Office 32-bit, then for accessing the Access Databases, I need to install the 64-bit Access Database Engine. If I do this, then other Office products will not be able to access the Access databases. I will have major issues with this, as I connect a lot of Access databases to Excel for analysis and word (for mail merging).
