Change the Dashboard Tile Last Refresh Data to Exclude Failed Refresh

Currently, when showing the last data refresh data on a dashboard tile, the data shown is the last date when a data refresh was attempted, and not the date when the data was actually refreshed.

Example: the data gateway was down and data refresh failed. The dashboard indcated that the data had been refreshed, when it had not.

I cannot repro the same issue as you. Please refer to my screenshot below, the last completed refresh ended on 3/17/2017 11:56:45 AM. Then I pin the report as a dashboard tile and show the last refresh time. It shows 11:56:45 AM instead of 2:12:14 PM.

Please let me know if there is any step I missed here.
