I created data sours in wich for both regions RU-MOS (Moscow Oblast) and RU-TVE (Tver Oblast) was the same value 7 as for RU-YAR for example. They both shoud be green on the map. I found a bug in PowerBI's last version (october 2018). I couldnt upload more than 1 excel sheet, when i tried showed me an a error in whinch i cant import all sheets. I was looking for a solution or similar to this problem and couldn't . Tying to find a way to upload a simple excel file (really simple) I uploaded the same file in the laptop of a coworker -who had the Power BI but the version of August 2018- and it uploaded withouth problems, as usually I work in PowerBI. I found the solution downgrading the version of october to august 18, but i believe that this bug should be solved . Hi,     When I try to open a report from a published app, I can view the report but am not able to click the subscribe button. The button isn't greyed out, he is simply there but doesn't doe anything after clicking on it. I do not have access to the underlying app workspace, which shouldn't be necessary as I'm able to view the report in the app? The subscription does work for other users (which do have access to the app workspace as well).   What am I doing wrong? Hi,    I have been experiencing a refresh issue for the past few days. The issue i am experiencing is "Cannot connect to the mashup data source. See error details for more information." "MySQL: Fatal error encountered during data read."   This issue is impact many reports, but not all reports connected to this data source are experiencing this. Hi,   Had a look on forum as having issue with when add text box to power bi report the text defaults to segui rather than font which has been set in theme file.   Other visuals pick up the font which has been set as expected, even when no local visual json property has been set which is the way woudl also expect text box to behave however text box defaults to segoe.   Couldn't find any theme snippet for setting text box json as local visual.   Another post on forum had suggested using default properties which looks to work for other visuals apart from text box.   How can you set the default font of any text box added to be a ceratin font and size?   Thanks ... --The Issue-- Is it known that the manage aggregations feature, for sum, cannot support a decimal number?  I can choose my summarization method, the detail table but when I go to choose my detail column all the options are grayed out.  I have one version where the field I am attempting to sum is whole another and another that is decimal number, this is why I think its the data type causing this error.   --What I am Trying to Do-- I have 2 concept builds to test out the new aggregations feature.  In Build1, I performed all my aggregations in TSQL and utilized Direct Query.  Everything worked great.     In Build2, I want to see performance gain/loss if instead of using aggregated tables in TSQL, Direct Query the fine grain fact table and build the aggregations within PowerBI itself (while maintaining query folding).   I cannot utilize manage aggregations in Build2.  I am utilizing Direct Query and returning my fact table with total membership, not aggregated.  I transform my data to set up to be an aggregated table.  I ensure that all my transformation steps is supported by the native query.  Everything goes great, except that the group by transformation took a whole number field (123) and converted it to decimal (1.2.)  This didnt break query folding so I didnt think it was a big deal.   However, when I go to Report view and click Manage Aggregations, I can choose my summarization method, the detail table but when I go to choose my detail column all the options are grayed out. I am fixated that the data type caused this error,since Build1 works fine, but not sure why / how or how to work around it.   I have tried changing the data type in Edit Queries, but that transformation will break query folding.  I would like to maitain direct query so I can utilze Dual Storage Mode.   Any help would be appreciate. ... Recently updated to the October version of Power BI desktop and since then have been unable to get any of my ArcGIS Maps to load properly. The regular map and filled map load the same data just fine however ArcGIS remains blank - current data set I am using calculates the total freight cost for each state in the U.S. and fills in the map with a color guage based on total freight cost.   Any help or troubleshoooting would be greatly appreciated! ... Hi there, Have been experimenting with Incremental Refresh and have noticed that any reports outputting dates with an apostrophe in front (to maintain leading 0s etc) are not recognised as dates. Desktop and online reports not utilising Incremental Refresh happily transform said columns into dates. As soon as those reports have incremental refresh attached however, then they will not refresh online. Ever since I began using Power BI Service about a month ago, I could not see any usage metrics in the admin portal. I can only see a gray area without any information or tiles displayed (see image below). Does anyone know any setting which might not be ticked or any permission which is necessary to view the metrics?   My O365 role is Power BI Service Administrator and I can e.g. modify tenant settings without any problem. I have various reports shared via content pack but one of them is not loading the background. I've published the report from Power BI Desktop to my account and then I shared it via content pack to some users. In Power BI Desktop and my account everything is fine but all the other users can't see the background. I deleted the background and reload it before publish again without solving the problem.
