Not able to connect with JIRA reporting server

Hi Team,

 

I am not able to connect JIRA reporting server with power bi. I have power bi pro license as well. Its really urgent, I have to get it fixed. Could anyone please help me to get this done?

Hi @raji_a_2018,

 

Does the issue happen when you connect to JIRA content pack, right? 

 

Is there any error message display? Please share detail error information with us. 

 

Currently the JIRA content pack works with the cloud version of JIRA rather than on-premise version. Please check if you are connecting to JIRA on-premise server.
