Surveymonkey report not refreshing

Hello,

 

I've created a dashboard that is linked to a Surveymonkey. 

The report is now in the webserver but I cannot create and schedlued refresh and the data is not updating when there is a new answer in SurveyMonkey website. 

Any idea on how to fix and have automatic update in the Report Server version?

 

Both version (desktop and Report Server) are from May 2021.

About connecting to Surveymonkey in Power BI Desktop, refer thie viedo:

When publishing the report to Power BI Service and creating dashboards, to refresh the report automatically, please make sure you have configured scheduled refresh for it if it needs a gateway, refer:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-scheduled-refresh 

 

In addition, you can consider using the third-party connector and set refresh for it:
