Data not loading

Having issues with data not loading properly.  This issue is intermittent and sometimes loads correctly.  Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hello Tim,

 

The best you can do is to check what's the error details by clicking on "See details". This can be caused for some reasons:

 

  1. You are using DirectQuery and the query is not able to pull the data for some reason. Do you know what data mode is being used on this report?
  2. The underlying dataset feeding the report has changed and one of the changes affected the visualizations. For example, a column name change. Do you know if any recent change has been made?
  3. Check the error message and copy here to see if there is more information there.

One test could be to download the PBIX report and check if the issue happens on PBI Desktop.
