    Hi VMIBran ,

    First please check whether you have access to export to PowerPoint or PDF in Admin Portal

    Then check if you have build permission to the dataset.

    If all is fine, please check the consideration and limitations. Then try the following checklist.

    1. Please try to create a new report in Power BI desktop using the sample data and publish it to Power BI service, and try to export to PowerPoint or PDF
    2. Please try to republish your .pbix file to Power BI service and Export to Power Point or PDF
    3. Please try to Click your report->Edit Report->Save your report, then Export to Power Point or PDF
