Create scheduled refresh plan function error

I can't create, edit or delete scheduled refresh plan for any report in Power BI Report Server. When I trying to create, edit or delete plan, after confirmation, I have the same message all the time:

I had no problem like that before. The plans I set up earlier work fine, but I can't change them.

PBI RS version: 1.15.8300.38452 (September 2022)

PBI Desktop version: 2.109.1021.0 (September 2022)

Hi @MaartenDeRoon ,

Please try to publish the Report with different name and then create schedule refresh, see if it works.

You can then rename the old report with something else and rename the name Report to original name.

Sorry, the issue has not been resolved. Renaming and other methods didn't work. I still can't create, edit or delete scheduled refresh plans.
