BUG: Constant lInes set to 0 not showing

I have encountered this problem over the past few weeks, likely since updating to the march release. Contstant lines set to 0 on Scatter Charts are not showing in PowerBI Desktop or PowerBI service. If I change this to .000001 the constant line will appear. It seems this is only specific to constant lines set at 0.
