BUG - Clear selection in slicer in combination with Tooltip is not working

Hi, 

I am using a tooltip page to show what filters have been applied on all pages (synced slicers) in a report. And I found out what I think is a bug. My selections in the filter page (where the slicers are visible) are working fine, and when I hover over a filter symbol where I have set tooltip to show the filter page, I can see the applied filter in the slicers.


All is working fine until I click on the "Clear selections" button in a slicer, then the Tooltip does not sync/update. However, if I de-select my selections in a slicer (similar as clicking on the "Clear selections" button) then the Tooltip is synced/updated. 

The bug exists both in the desktop and the service.

4. The previous selection is still visible even though I pressed clear selection. But if I un-click in the slicer then tooltip works, however this is not ok from and end-users’ perspective (the clear selection button must be there, and work).

Status: Delivered

The fix for this issue would be released around the end of June as expected, so stay tuned.

The issue seems to be isolated to when selections in a slicer is set to "Dropdown"

Hi @v-yingjl , 

 

This BUG is still not resolved (ICM: 302996355), when I click on the eraser on a slicer and go back to the tool-tip page, the filter still shows the last selected filter in tooltip page instead of "All" (no filter selected).

 

When do you think this fix will be released?

I can also confirm this issue is not resolved. The tooltip appropriately filters with the sclicer but clicking on the eraser to clear the slicer selections does not return the tooltip to its original state.
