the pie chat is not displaying on my power BI page

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that the pie chart is not displaying on my power bi page it says "cant display the visuals" what do i do?

1. Can the pie chart display in your Desktop ?

2. Can you see the other visuals in your report in Service ?

3. What is the value you put in the pie chart ?

4. If you delete the pie chart in Service and then add again , can you see the pie chart normally ?

It's a bar chart it is not displaying. I have tried removing it and putting it back it does not still display. I was working on a certain data set and I then created some new fields, it does not display i don't know why. What should i do next because the charts does not display

Hi @chinoski007 

If you enter some data manually , then add the general fields in the pie chart , can you see the pie chart in Desktop ? If yes , you need to check whether the original fields in pie chart you have no permissions to access .
