problem with access, can't upload report from desktop to web

Hello everyone. There was a problem I had never encountered before. I can not download my report from the desktop version to the Internet. Produces an error that no access. Although I am an administrator. License ppu. What else could be the problem, who had the same problem? all applications do not need to be updated, all checked in advance ..

hello please i was working with power BI as shown above and it says cant display the visuals. or error in display the screen shot is as shown above. HOw do i go about it please

Hi @Svvay ,

It seems strange that you do have permission to publish to the Service.

Please try Save this file with different name and publish again.

Hi @Anonymous ) Yeah, it worked out. but I can’t always create new reports and change all the settings for them, create new links for clients and add users. How can I fix a problem that has arisen with what we have?
