Hi all,   I'm working to query QBO data and reciving the errors below when attempting to login. please see https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Quickbooks-Online-Authentication-Error/m-p/1375939#M587469 for screenshots   Choosing yes or no on each error message has no bearing on the outcome. I have various Dataflows that up until the last couple of days have refreshed without any issue or error, but suddenly I have the following error message coming up on all of the reports:   Error: Received error payload from gateway service with ID 2766693: The spooled operation id 2e8c8d50-0e06-4a86-81e5-d3204ad58434 does not exist. This looks like a bug with escaping apostrophes (single quotes) in string handling with the IDataReader interface when Power BI is talking with SharePoint. Removing the apostrophe in the folder name and re-running worked. Please refer to Power BI's error message below.   An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset. Hi there,   I've run into a bit of an issue in Power BI Desktop (Version: 2.109.782.0 64-bit (September 2022)) using the Mobile Layout.  Frequently when trying to change the Position of a visualisation, it will ignore the numbers that I'm typing into the Horizontal and/or Vertical text box and the numbers will go negative, effectively removing the visual from the screen.   In the below example, I'm using a CARD visual and trying to type in the position of Horizontal = 18, Vertical = 1140 (with a height of 100 and width of 18).  It has changed the values to Horizontal = -215, Vertical = -115 and the visualisation has disappeared from the screen.  I'm not able to get it back.  Each time I change the Horiztonal or Vertical position it just ignores my values and keeps it as a negative.  I was able to type Horizontal = 0 and Vertical = 0 but once I click off this layer and click back it reverts to the Horizontal = -215 and Vertical = -115.   I can't remove this layer as it doesn't exist on the screen so there is no X to click.  I've tried clicking DELETE when selecting the layer but it doesn't do anything.  The only option I have is to click the option to remove all visualisations and start again (obviously no ideal when I have 20+ visualisations already positioned and adjusted.   This isn't a one-off.  It's happened multiple times in multiple different PBIX files.  I haven't had any issues when I drag and drop visualisations around the screen, but when trying to manually adjust the visualisations this sometimes occurs.   I've attached a screenshot showing the issue.       Thanks ... Have the same problem that was posted awhile back ( see link below ).  Dashboard tiles are not refreshing on schedule, only manually refreshing the dataset pushes updated data to the Dashboard. I have recently added an additional report to the upgraded app, added the users who need to view, but the users are unable to see the report.  They can see it listed in the list panel, but they are receiving "Permission Required", You cannot see the content of this report because you do not have permissions to the underlying dataset.  Please contact the dataset owner to request access".  These 2 users are the dataset owners.  The dataset is Smartsheet.  Any ideas?   ... Dear MS,   I suggest that you enable restart capacity for embedded capacity gen2, same as was the possibility for gen1.   Knowing that you state it should not be necessary we are facing serious trouble with the capacity load spinning out of control and I am certain a restart would help getting back to normal here and now.   See my related post: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/PBIX-Refresh-and-Service-Reports-incredible-slow-these-days/m-p/2009782#M135871   I am quite keen on getting some feedback again from a MS supporter, also to get to the depth of this issue, why the capacity load suddenly spins up to a abnormal level - and as is currently the situation renders all reports for our clients useless due to high loadtime. Hi,   I have a Dataflow that is scheduled to refresh twice a day. Over the weekend, it successfully refreshed a couple of times, but then started to fail. I do not get meaningful error messages. Instead, when I download the CSV file for the refresh, it says thing like "Error: Internal error Request ID: 1a74efbc-da2d-d0ef-707f-0efd86741928 Activity ID: 373515be-c301-4a3e-969e-d2b52145e3b0".   I have also received occassional timeout errors recently, which may or may not be related, since the most recent errors do not mention timeouts, but they started at around the same time.   If I edit the dataflow and try to preview the data, I do not seem to get any errors with the subset of data that the system ingests under such conditions.   Is there any way for me to obtain any more meaningful logs for debugging purposes?   Best ...
