Hi,@Hosamby .Very happy to see that my advice has been of help to you.
Since the definition of the calculated table itself (which is static) doesn't support it changing dynamically according to the slicer, what we can achieve is to try to restore the output of the entire table through multiple measures (which is the step you're operating on).
Thank you for your support and understanding of power BI.

Hi @wtt,

The error message indicates that the connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond in time. This could be due to network issues, firewall settings, or the data source server being down or unresponsive. Checking the network connectivity and ensuring that the data source server is up and running can help resolve this issue. It also suggests that the connection might have timed out while executing the query. This can happen if the query takes too long to execute or if there are performance issues with the data source. Optimizing the query or increasing the timeout settings in Power BI might help mitigate this problem.

If the issue is intermittent, it could be due to transient network issues or temporary unavailability of the data source. Monitoring the network and data source performance over time can help identify patterns and potential causes.

Hope it helps!

Hi @morteza ,

It's a known limitations.Calculated columns in such tables can cause errors because they require the entire table to be recalculated, which conflicts with the incremental refresh logic.

To work around this, you might consider using Measures Instead. Measures are calculated at query time and do not require recalculating the entire table.

Hi  @musa_af ,

You can assign the viewer role to users who should not download the PBIX files. Viewers can interact with the reports but cannot download them.

You may also try create an app from your workspace and share the reports via the app. When users access reports through the app, they are in read-only mode and cannot download the PBIX files.

Or in the Power BI Admin Portal, you can restrict the download option for specific security groups. This setting will apply across all workspaces, but it can help manage download permissions more effectively.

Hople it helps!

Hi @Max19 ,

When you use the Format Painter, it copies the formatting but not the size. To ensure your visuals are the same size, you can manually adjust the size of each visual after applying the format. You can do this by selecting the visual and adjusting the height and width in the Format pane under the General section.

For aligning visuals equally both vertically and horizontally, you can use the gridlines and snap-to-grid features in Power BI Desktop. While there isn't a built-in feature to set a specific size gap like in AutoCAD, you can manually adjust the position of each visual using the X and Y coordinates in the Format pane under the General section.

Hope it helps!

Hi @UOLandrewdale ,

Unfortunately, as of now, Power BI requires an email address to be entered when setting up a subscription, even if the primary delivery method is to SharePoint.

Hi @FireFighter1017 ,

During my research, SincePower BI Desktop projects is currently in preview. Power BI Desktop isn't aware of changes made with other tools or applications, changes may require you to restart Power BI Desktop before those changes are shown.

Hi @Ilgar_Zarbali ,

Yes, you could check Axis settings first, go to the "Format" pane, and then expanding the "X-Axis" settings. ensure that the "Show all labels" option is turned on, then adjust Label Density. Sometimes, labels might not appear due to high density. You can adjust the label density by changing the "Interval" setting under the "X-Axis" options. Setting it to "1" can help ensure that all labels are displayed.

If the chart area is too small, labels might get truncated or not displayed at all. Try increasing the size of the chart to give more space for the labels.

Hope it helps!

Hi  @Bibiano_Geraldo ,

You may adjust the regional settings in Power BI to use a period (.) as the decimal separator. This can be done in the Power BI Desktop under File > Options and settings > Options > Regional Settings.
You may also try use the FORMAT function in DAX to explicitly format numbers with the desired decimal separator. For example, FORMAT(1500.75, "0.00", "en-US") will ensure the number is formatted with a period as the decimal separator.
In some cases, using double commas can be a workaround. For example, DATE(YEAR(MIN(Profit[Order Date])), 1,, 1)5.

Hi  @Ilgar_Zarbali,

First ,you may optimize Data Model, ensure your data model is as efficient as possible. Remove any unnecessary columns and tables, and use appropriate data types. This can significantly reduce the memory footprint of your model.
Instead of working with detailed data, use aggregations to summarize data at a higher level. This can reduce the amount of data processed and improve performance.
You may also apply filters to reduce the amount of data being processed. For example, if you're only interested in recent data, filter out older data that isn't necessary for your analysis. write efficient DAX queries. Avoid using complex calculations in measures and columns that can be pre-calculated in the data source or during data load.

Second, you can use incremental refresh for large datasets. This allows you to refresh only the data that has changed, rather than the entire dataset. For very large datasets, consider using DirectQuery mode instead of Import mode. This allows Power BI to query the data source directly, reducing the memory load on Power BI.
If you're using Power BI Premium, monitor your capacity usage and manage it effectively. Ensure that your capacity is not overloaded and consider scaling up if necessary.
It' important that your data source is optimized for performance. This includes indexing, partitioning, and optimizing queries at the source.

Finally, Limit the number of concurrent users and queries. High concurrency can lead to resource contention and performance issues. You can use the Performance Analyzer tool in Power BI Desktop to identify and optimize slow visuals and queries.

Hi  @mshao ,

Creating a superscript to name fields in Power BI Report Builder can be done by using the Text Box Properties. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you:

1.Open Power BI Report Builder: Start by opening your report in Power BI Report Builder.

2.Select the Text Box: Click on the text box where you want to add the superscript.

3.Enter the Text: Type the text you want to display. For example, if you want to display "Field1", type "Field1".

Format the Superscript:

4.Highlight the part of the text you want to format as superscript (e.g., the "1" in "Field1").
5.Right-click on the highlighted text and select Text Box Properties.
6.In the Text Box Properties dialog box, go to the Font tab. ahd check the Superscript option.

Best regards.
