Was wondering if anyone is facing this issue? For all my Pro Workspaces, I cannot seem to edit the dataflow settings as they're all grayed out. They are going on about their pre scheduled refreshs properly as they should. I am also able to make edits in Datasets for pro workspaces. But cannot seem to make changes in pro dataflow. My Premium workspaces (via PPU) are working just fine.

Yesterday, all my datasets were refreshing just fine but today nothing happens. - The automatic refresh hasn't done anything. - When I press "Refresh now", I get a "popup" saying "preparing refresh" for a split second and then nothing happens. The only way to update the data is to refresh the Desktop version and then upload it. I have datasets connection to an on-premises database and one connecting to a sharepoint site. - The on-premises connection usually works perfect, but now nothing happens. - The sharepoint connection usually brings up an error, if I try to refresh, but now nothing happens (I just tried it this time as a test, as it usually doesn't work automatically). Can you please help troublefinding - It seems like an issue on you online portal somehow. Thanks in advance. // Tommy

Hello, After publishing a report, I try to set up a refresh schedule, and I receive the error below: "Failed to load data sources. Please try again later." I am using an on-premises gateway (personal mode). Hi, I am unable to configure gateway connections for dataset for a pbix report uploaded. I have created data source connections prior to uploading the file. All the 23 data sources are on-prem. When I tried to apply the gateway connections (all have green check marks), I got this error message: I also noticed this banner. The dataset does not have any cloud data souces: Edit: @v-yetao1-msft I originally just uploaded the pbix file to the web portal. The file was built using the Power BI Desktop RS Jan 2022 version. Then I tried to open the pbix file in the RS Jan 2022 and published to our P1 capacity-backed workspace. The issue persists. Then I opened the file in Power BI Desktop Oct 2022 for powerbi.com version. I saved the file and published it again. The issue persists. Some of the data source connections are also used by other reports without an issue. The other connections were created just for this report. The connections are consisted of SQL servers and file shares. We have 2 windows 2016 VMs in a cluster to host the on-prem gateway. Version Aug 2022.

I have a problem with a published dataset, with the error message "Looking up invalid data on a dense spool". It happens with a single measure and only in PBI Service. The dataset was fine and this suddenly started to happen. When I'm using PBI Desktop, there are no errors, but I soon as I publish the data and connect my report via Live Connection, any visual with the measure returns the error. The measure is quite simple, just a SUMX with a simple CALCULATE filter, and it's used in many other measures of the report which do not return any error message. I have already tried: - Recreating the measure; - Republishing the dataset; - Deleting and republishing the dataset; - Creating a new file with PBIT template and connecting/ None worked. If anyone has had this problem in the past, I'd appreciate some advice, thank you.

Since around 5am CT this morning all of our datasets regardless of source (we have gateways and we have Azure sources as well not under gateway) are failing with the following message on most of them: There's not enough memory to complete this operation. Please try again later when there may be more memory available. This is continuing even though there is no status saying issues.

I used to run all power bi report including connecting odbc(redshift) & rscript, but staring from yesterda, all power bi report have lost the connectivity. In gateway connection, gateway even is not shown when I check onpremise data gateway status is online all. Please advise me on how to fix this..

I have some datasets that contain R scripts. They ran successfully for months. Starting from today they can't be updated (Unable to detect a gateway. Please, verify the gateway is up and running). I user personal gateway. Other datasets are still updated successfully. Data is successfully updated in Power BI Desktop. What I tried to do. 1) restarted computer. 2) created new workspace and registered reports in new workspace. Multiple people at my organization having this issue. The gateway (in green letters) says it is up and running. Here is the error message: "Failed to use the selected gateway. Please make sure the gateway is up and running and try again."

Hello, All of our dataflows no longer appear in Power BI and subsequently, any dependent reports are receiving an error. The dataflows were hosted in premium (per user) capacity. It appears to have happened sometime between 9:00a - 10:30a CST. We have some of the dataflows backed up and exported as .json from our disaster recovery documentation, but they do not reflect any recent changes. Has Microsoft acknowledged this issue, and can they restore the dataflows?

I have deployed a virtual netowrk data gateway successfully. I am trying to add a SQL data source. Nothing happens on the page when I save it. In the browser console i see errors.

Power BI Desktop seems to be signing me out of my Power BI account. When I go to publish a report while not signed in it asks me for my credentials, but doesn't allow me to type anything in. I have to open Task Manager and Force Close Power BI, reopen, Sign In, then publish.

RESOLVED, and confirmed that this is working again as of 4/16/2019 Recently I have had a few different datasets linked to my personal Gateway and shared Gateway that have had issues with credentials not up to date. Sadly I don't have a service account, just my login (working on getting a service account now). Even so, why would some Excel files in my OneDrive work and others not? They are all in the same set of folders, and some are even in the same folder. I have tried both Organizational Level and Private level in the privacy settings. I am guessing that an uninstall/re-install will fix this, but I don't feel like that is a solution. spinning when saving credentials

Hi We're having an issue with Dataflows that means if only one table has errors the whole dataflow does not refresh in the model. Is there a solution to have all the tables that do not contain errors to still refresh despite this? If this isn't possible at the moment this could be a fantastic addition in the future. Hello, I've published a report from my work account. Under Dataset Settings it shows Datagateway error and shows: This data set has been configured by *myprivate*@gmail.com . I've tripple checked my credential, sign-out and in ... I see my WORK environment, but it somehow connects the Dataset to gmail.... And doesn't allow me to set up Enterprise Gatway for Dataset or Refresh I know others are experiencing same issue here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/This-data-set-has-been-configured-by-gmail-com-gt-can-t-set-up/m-p/96415#M16353 Please help.
