Hi @Anonymous,

May I know whether this issue happens when you try to open Power BI Desktop app or a pbix file with it? Is this issues taking place on all your reports? For some issues related to launch Power BI Desktop, please refer to this official document for reference firstly.

Thanks for your response.

I already read the the doc related for the starting Power BI, it's the same issue.

When I stard PBI desktop, nothing happen, and i see this error message '' AS Process PID=17724 has exited with ExitCode=0, ExitTime...''

I have an HP with this configurator :

Window 10 enterprise

Processor : intel core i7 @2.30 ghz

ram : 16 Go

I allready desinstall and re-install PBI desktop and office 2016.

I'm confuse and i don't know ow to solve this issue. 

Please help me.
