Workspaces Roles - Viewer problems

Hi everyone, 

According to the notice on the roles of power bi online workspaces : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-roles-new-workspaces  viewers must be able to see / read the data stored in workspace dataflows.

However, when I publish an application the users with "viewer" rights in the workspace that the data come from are not allowed to see the underlying data.  Is it a normal behaviour of PowerBi ??

I confirmed to the author of this document the meaning of Read data stored in workspace dataflows . Their interpretation is that the viewer can read the data that is associated with the dataflow, but not the dataflow itself . However, after testing, this feature is not implemented, so they will re-update the documentation after confirmation . 

As for the the underlying data of App you mentioned , you can choose to allow them to access the underlying data when you share the app with them .
