Workspace APP Restore

The workspace app was unpublished, is there any way to help me recover the app, and would also like to know what actions the user did to cause it?

You mentioned that the workspace app was unpublished , can you explain it in detail ? Are you unable to click the unpublished app button? Or do you want an error to be reported when you click on the unpublished app?
