Waterfall Chart Data Labels inconsistent with dynamic format string when value is negative.

When enabling data labels in the waterfall chart, negative values do not show decimals. However, in a matrix visual, negative values are formatted correctly. My measure is using a dynamic format string. Could anyone confirm if this is a bug, or user error?

Can you provide your measure, or can you restore your problem by creating a simple sample and then uploading the sample for reference?
