Using both PowerBI Dataset (directquery) and SQL Server (import), but cannot refresh PowerBI app

Hello,

I have a report that uses many data resources from powerbi datasets, sql server and sap business warehouse application server. In the desktop mode, all visuals are working however in the app it does not work. In the gateway section, I connect my data to powerbi datasets with personal cloud connections and select gateway connection for my computer and then click apply. However, it always says "Failed to use the selected gateway. Please make sure the gateway is up and running and try again".
I use this gateway while updating other apps and it works. When I only use powerbi datasets in my report, it works but when I add any other sources it fails. I don't understand why this is happening? Can someone help me?

Hi @ars 

When you use multiple data sources in a report , you need to consider configuring the corresponding gateways for those data sources. The gateway you configured on Service does not apply to all data sources, so you need to configure it separately.

Thank you for your response. I have a gateway (personal mode) and periodically update my other queries. When I go to "Manage connections and gateways", I cannot see any settings button.
