Urgent!. Issue refreshing dataset located on Azure PostgresSQL cloud database

Hello,

 

Yesterday about 10 reports that refresh from a Azure PostgresSQL database stopped refreshing and sending the error message below. I have seeing multiple users with the same issue but not solution so far. These are customer facing reports so there is a high level of urgency. Please advise. Thank you.

Simliar issue has been sumbited internal(ICM: 257979704), would update here if there is any progress。

Update:

It has been confirmed as a known issue internal. The ETA for this fix is September 2nd week.

Currently a workaround from PG:

1) Install gateway (if not already installed)

2) Install postgresql driver

3) Create data source for postgresql in gateway

4) Map data source to Dataset in dataset settings page
