Title axis scatterplot not shown

Axis titles are shown in Power BI Desktop. When published they're not shown on Power BI Service.

I have tested on my side, it works well.

please use latest version power bi desktop to try it and publish to service to see if it works well.

if still have the problem, please share some screenshots and your sample pbix file. that will be a great help.
