The on-premise gateway is missing from Power BI service

The on-premise gateway is missing from Power BI service.

I can not see it under Manage gateways or select it under "Gateway connection". 

The gateway is upto date running on a schedule VM machine on Azure.

You mentioned that you can not see it under Manage gateways or select it under "Gateway connection". Can you explain it in detail (with screenshots or video)? I can see the gateway in my Service .

My customer's onpremise gateway is not listed there as you show in your image. Happy to show you on a teams call.

In fact, we can only deal with the problem on the forum. If you feel that the text cannot solve your problem quickly , you can also solve your problem by opening a support ticket .
