The gateway is either offline or could not be reached

hi all,

I have problem with gateway when i setup getway on local network

Network admin tell me, they just open port with some ip or address on port 443 and 80 

I need list IP or address but i dont known?

Hi, 

As far as I’m concerned, you can open the on-premise gateway application and click on here to test if all the ports you need have been turned on.

Here is the description of the outbound ports needed in the on-premise gateway, you can take a look:
