Under certain circumstances multi-line table headers will be cut off like this. It doesn't occur when the multi-line header is on screen when the table loads, only when it is offscreen to the right and you need to scroll to see it.
If you manually change the column widths to trigger a refresh while the offending columns are on screen it will "update" and the box height will be set correctly. But if after that you change the widths when they are NOT on screen it will again return to the incorrect single line height.
