Hi my Premium subscription is not working the Power BI Desktop does not communicate with Power BI Service and neither recognizes my subscription.  HELP

Power BI Desktop does not communicate with Power BI Service

Did you mean that you cannot publish reports to Power BI Service or conenct datasets/dataflows from Power BI Service? You can consider providing more details about this issue.

 

Basically when you have a premium license, it should be assigned to your corresponding workspace capacity first in Power BI Service. You can refer the below article and check it with your administrator if you have no access to Admin portal in Power BI Service.
