We have a report that is sent to high management every week since multiple years. Since the last two weeks, when we receive the email, the visuals are empty, but when I open the report, the data is there. Any idea why it does that ?

May I know whether you set scheduled refresh or performed on-demand refresh adjacent to your subscription? Is this issue keeping transient or continuous? Do you see this issue in subsequent subscription emails?
