Subscription Empty Visuals

We have a report that is sent to high management every week since multiple years. Since the last two weeks, when we receive the email, the visuals are empty, but when I open the report, the data is there. Any idea why it does that ?

May I know whether you set scheduled refresh or performed on-demand refresh adjacent to your subscription? Is this issue keeping transient or continuous? Do you see this issue in subsequent subscription emails?

It is a set schedule. But the subscription is not trigged by the refresh, it is at a specific time (approx 2hrs after the refresh). 

It is a transient. We never had that issue before, but last week it happened on a report and this week on another page of that report. 

When I sent back the subscription it worked.
