Single Card Visual Icon is Missing from Visualization Menu

I downloaded the February 2023 (64 Bit) Power BI Desktop Cloud.  I'm missing the single value card visual icon. My other coworkers have it.  Why is missing from my version and how can I fix it?

I did a simple test, would you mind upgrading Power BI Desktop to the April version?

Version: 2.116.966.0 64-bit (April 2023)
