It would be great if you could describe the detailed error message in this screenshot in English
Can you please check if your license has expired? Or do you have the appropriate permissions in the corresponding workspace?

I closed the problem by loading the latest version of the Desktop Power BI

For users who has the same problem may try install the latest version of PBO Desktop.
