We use the recommended approach of having sub workspaces containing reports for specific groups. The data is in a dataset in the master workspace.
To do this at the moment you have to go to the report. Right click and choose save a copy. Then save to the workspace of choice. That report is then ready for use.
However if a report is already there it saves it with a 1 at the end. You can't overwrite a report. This is causing issues especially for publish to web reports.
Could you sort this so you can overwrite reports when you save a copy? This would really help with this specific task. At the moment you have to go to the sub workspace and delete the report before doing a copy which isnt great
