Dataflow Are Disabled ..

Hi Power BI support,

   Please help. Today we are facing this Dataflow Are disabled and most of the report cannot be refreshed. There is no detail error message.

I could not find the dataflow(preview) in our Capacity administrator. Please advice.

Even it has been enabled, the error message still prompt out.

May I know whether you have enabled Premium Generation2 for your capacity? If you couldn’t see this option in your capacity, it means that you have enabled it.

After enabling Gen2, you can only see workloads of DATASETS and AI, and now we couldn’t switch back to Gen1.

Create and use dataflows option in Dataflow settings is just used to control whether Power BI administrators allow users in the organization to create dataflow and use dataflow to create reports but not distribute a specific part of workload(like Memory) to Dataflows.

 

For the error you encountered, could you please check the refresh history of this dataflow to see whether it has experienced several continuous refresh failures and whether you will find any error there?

If it’s convenient, could you please try to manually refresh this dataflow by Refresh now option and check whether it will restore? Thanks in advance!
