Error while acessing report in Service by user with the security role

Hi, could you please help me with this issue? The user is listed in the admin role in desktop and in security roles list. The user was already able to access the report, however, now without any changes done she is recieving this error message.

By investigating based on the information from you, we find an error said “ Could not resolve invalid QueryFilter. - Source: 'User' ”. It should be something related to filter.

May I know how many pages in this report with access issue? Will this user get same issue when viewing other pages? Please check in your report, whether there is a filtered set including data that this  user doesn’t have access to. If so, please reset filter and try to view this report again.

May I know how many pages in this report with access issue? Will this user get same issue when viewing other pages? Please check in your report, whether there is a filtered set including data that this  user doesn’t have access to. If so, please reset filter and try to view this report again.

The report has only one page and she (email) is listed in every row of the table and the column name is in the Roles related to this table. I checked multiple times and deleted her again and added her again. As ive mentioned, she could see the data earlier but all of a sudden cannot.

Ok, I got it. If so, please consider open a support ticket by Power BI support with the error details you provide here  and there will be an support engineer help you troubleshoot on this issue. Then he/she will help on figure out the cause of this issue.
