Refresh error using AzureDevOpsServer.AnalyticsViews

Hi all,

there is an issue when I try to refresh the data set in the cloud. The report contains data set from AzureDevOpsServer using AnalyticsViews. The report can be refreshed without issues in the Power BI Desktop. 

Data source error: Unable to refresh the model (id=1207538) because it references an unsupported data source.

Please could you give some idea how to solve the issue.

Please check the following steps:

1. Try to restart the Background Job Agent service.
2. Check whether Analytics is enabled.

thanks for your answer. 

Please can you explain or refer to a document for updating the gateway, and which ports shall be selected. And which kind of user rights are needed for that. I am not the IT admin of the company. 

Toda I saw taht I don't have any data gateway.
